Return & Exchange
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
- All 'Black Friday Sale' or 'Buy 2 Get 1 free' purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- We do not offer cashback. Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
- Items purchased for FREE during an offer, will not be accepted for returns.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 7 DAYS of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- The product would be picked in 3-5 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Return charges would have to be borne by the customer.( Rs150/-)
- There are no charges for exchange. Exchanges are for size & design both, subject to availability.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable
- The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
- Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
- Please note, products from our brand bought from other stores or marketplaces like Myntra are not eligible for any return or exchange at our store or on the website.
- REFUNDS WILL TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS. Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only is terms of STORE CREDIT.
Cancellation Policy
- In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped and inform us on +91-9913419927 or info@babli.in.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- If you cancel your pre-paid order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount back to the source.
- If you cancel your pre-paid order after it has been shipped, refund shall be issued to source account after the product reaches back to us.
- Please note refund shall be issued for the product. Shipping charges & COD charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at info@babli.in mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
- Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment through https://babli.in/apps/return_prime
- If you receive a damaged /incorrect /incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at Info@babli.in with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect item along with unboxing video of the parcel. Someone from our team will get in touch with you in next two working days
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- The amount will be refunded in the form of store credit only, we do not provide monetary refund for returns.
- The cost of shipping in return is to be borne by the customer (Rs.150/-).
- Return shipping charges (Rs.150/-) will be adjusted against store credit only.
- The amount refunded as a store credit to you would be only for the products not the shipping charge
- Store credit cannot be en-cashed or transferred.
- In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
- However, you may choose to ship back the product to us but in such a case, Babli will not be responsible for any lost shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The return process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up / delivery delays.
- Once we receive the returned product back, it goes through a quality check and later the store credit will be issued within 2-3 working days.
- Refunds are in the form of store credit only, which is issued as a gift card on your registered e-mail id after adjusting for return charges.
- The gift card issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Exchange Policy:
- Raise an exchange request within 7 DAYS of receiving the product through - https://babli.in/apps/return_prime You will receive an approval mail from us within 2-3 working days if the request is accepted.
- Exchange is available for size and design both subject to availability.
- In case, the exchanged product is higher in value, differential amount has to be paid(COD not available). We do not accept partial COD orders.
- In case, exchanged product is lower in value, differential amount shall be transferred as store credit in the form of gift card on registered mail id after the product is delivered back to us.
- A pick up would be arranged for the same at no additional charges.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
- No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases please write to us at info@babli.in
- You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
- In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. In such a case, shipping charges have to be bourn by you.

Shipping
- Babli offers FREE PAN India shipping on all orders above 1000/-.
- For all orders below 1000/-, it's just a nominal charge of Rs.150/-.
- For COD orders, we charge Rs.50/- for COD charges.

- Your orders are our priority! We dispatch them within 3-4 working days and you can expect the delivery within 7-10 days.

- We partner with the most trusted couriers for safe delivery, though we're not liable for any courier delays.
- You'll receive tracking details on registered mail id and whatsapp to keep tabs on your parcel once it's on its way.
