Orders are processed daily before 11 a.m., excluding holidays. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days in major cities and 7 to 10 working days elsewhere in India.

Your package will be delivered from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

For orders less Rs. 1000, we charge Rs. 150. Currently, we deliver pan India.

If you want to cancel your order, get in touch with customer service mail us at support@babli.in or Whatsapp us at +91 9913419927 , kindly include your order ID.Only then will we be able to cancel your order the same day, before it leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately,we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse When your order is canceled, we will start the refund process right away. Please anticipate three to five business days for the refund to appear. Money that is refunded will be put back into the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Money is refunded only if a pre-paid order gets canceled by us. In other cases, we provide store credit in your Babli account with a validity of 6 months

Yes, once you have placed your order you shall receive a Whatsapp message for confirmation. Kindly follow the step for any changes.

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

If you were not available when the delivery was attempted:

●     The courier partner will usually
try a re-delivery or leave the package at a nearby pickup point.

●     You can track re-delivery options
through the tracking link sent to you via email/SMS from bAbli.

To receive or track your orders:

1. Use the order tracking link sent to your email/SMS after purchase.
2. Log in to your bAbli account → check Order History.
3. If there’s an issue (wrong/missing delivery), message support@bAbli.in or WhatsApp +91-9913419927 with your order ID.

We accept both pre-paid and COD orders All pre-paid orders are processed through razor pay (payment gateway) and all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets are accepted.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds. In case of order cancelation, return, or exchange we provide a store credit to your Babli account with a validity of 6 months… ( Frame your words as per our policies ).  In case of a cancelation from our end of a pre-paid order refund shall be issued within 24hrs.  Please give the refund three to five business days to appear in your account. The money will be returned to the original method of payment that was used to make the purchase.

We do offer cash-on-delivery with no extra charges

We generally do not offer refunds.
However, if a prepaid order is cancelled before it is shipped, the amount is
refunded back to the original payment source. If the order is cancelled after
dispatch, the refund is processed once the product is received back by us. In
case of returns, the refund is provided in the form of store credit only. The
refund process takes approximately 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank
account.

• Important notes on refunds:     
  bAbli typically provides store credit (not cash) for returns (valid for 1 year from date of issuance).

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch (by you or by bAbli), the full amount paid will be refunded back to your original payment method.

If the order is cancelled after dispatch and returned to us, the refund will be processed once the product reaches bAbli. Any applicable shipping or COD charges (if used) are non-refundable. The refund will be issued as per our return policy.
