Orders are processed daily before 11 a.m., excluding holidays. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days in major cities and 7 to 10 working days elsewhere in India.

Yes, once you have placed your order you shall receive a Whatsapp message for confirmation. Kindly follow the step for any changes.
Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
We accept both pre-paid and COD orders All pre-paid orders are processed through razor pay (payment gateway) and all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets are accepted.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds. In case of order cancelation, return, or exchange we provide a store credit to your Babli account with a validity of 6 months… ( Frame your words as per our policies ). In case of a cancelation from our end of a pre-paid order refund shall be issued within 24hrs. Please give the refund three to five business days to appear in your account. The money will be returned to the original method of payment that was used to make the purchase.
We do offer cash-on-delivery with no extra charges
While we always work to provide our customers with the best possible service, there are situations when we appreciate that it may not be possible to register a request within the allotted period.
