Eligibility

• You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery, right here: babli.in/apps/quickreturns
• The product should be unused and unwashed, with
  the original tags and packaging still in place.
• Sale items — like Black Friday, Birthday Sale, 'Buy 2 Get 1', anything marked 'On Sale', and free gifts — are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
• If you bought from another platform (like Myntra), we won't be able to process a return here — please reach out to them directly.

Returns

• Refunds are given as store credit (valid for 1 year), not cash — except if we've sent you the wrong item or a damaged one, in which case you'll get a cash refund within 7–10 working days.
• A return shipping charge of ₹150 applies, which is deducted from your store credit.
• The whole process usually takes 10–15 days. Once your return clears quality check, we'll email your store credit as a gift card within 2–3 days.

Exchanges

• Exchanging for the same size is completely free, and you can also exchange for a different product, subject to stock availability.
• If the new item costs more, you'll just need to pay the difference (prepaid only — Cash on Delivery isn't available for exchanges).
• If it costs less, the difference will be credited back to you as store credit.
• Discounts and offers don't apply on exchange orders.

Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Orders

• If your package looks tampered with when it arrives, please refuse the delivery.
• Otherwise, email us at support@babli.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with your Order ID and a short unboxing/defect video.
• We'll send you a free replacement — no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

• Need to cancel? Message us on WhatsApp at +91-9913419927 or email support@babli.in before your order ships. (Please note: we're only reachable by WhatsApp or email, not phone calls.)
• If a prepaid order is cancelled before it ships, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.
• If your order has shipped, please contact our support team. Refunds are usually processed only after the item is returned to us—either by you or via a failed delivery (RTO). Depending on how it's returned, you may receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  

• Babli offers FREE PAN India shipping on all orders above 1000/-.
• For all orders below 1000/-, it's just a nominal charge of Rs.150/-.
• For COD orders, we charge Rs.50/- for COD charges.

• Your orders are our priority! We dispatch them within 3-4 working days and you can expect the delivery within 7-10 days.

• We partner with the most trusted couriers for safe delivery, though we're not liable for any courier delays.
• You'll receive tracking details on registered mail id and whatsapp to keep tabs on your parcel once it's on its way.
