Size Guide

The model is wearing size S. This is a regular fit flared palazzo. Please refer to the size chart for accurate garment measurements:

• Handloom-cotton (100% Cotton)
• Hand wash in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Wash light colors together
• Dark colors may bleed; wash separately for the first few washes
• Do not soak or wring
• Dry in shade; avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Avoid ironing on embroidery
• Iron on low heat if needed
• No machine wash or dry clean
• Avoid strong detergents or fabric softeners to preserve fabric quality

• Babli offers FREE PAN India shipping on all orders above 1000/-.
• For all orders below 1000/-, it's just a nominal charge of Rs.150/-.
• For COD orders, we charge Rs.50/- for COD charges.

• Your orders are our priority! We dispatch them within 3-4 working days and you can expect the delivery within 7-10 days.
• We partner with the most trusted couriers for safe delivery, though we're not liable for any courier delays.
• You'll receive a tracking code to keep tabs on your parcel once it's on its way.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

• All 'Black Friday Sale' or 'Buy 2 Get 1 free' purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• We do not offer cashback
• Items purchased for FREE during an offer, will not be accepted for returns.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
• The product would be picked in 3-5 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
• Return charges would have to be borne by the customer.( Rs150/-)
• There are no charges for exchange. Exchanges are for size only, subject to availability.
• Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
• The credit note issued, will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Cancellation Policy

• In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped and inform us on +91-7737880885 or info@babli.in. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. 
• If  you cancel your pre-paid order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount back to the source.

Return Policy 

• If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at info@babli.in mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
• Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
• Raise your return request within 48 Hours of receiving the shipment through https://babli.ecoreturns.ai/apps/ecoreturnsai/
• If you receive a damaged /incorrect /incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at Info@babli.in with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect item. Someone from our team will get in touch with you in next two working days
• Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
• The amount will be refunded in the form of store credit only, we do not provide monetary refund for returns.
• The cost of shipping in return is to be borne by the customer (Rs.150/-).
• Return shipping charges (Rs.150/-) will be adjusted against store credit only.
• The amount refunded as a store credit to you would be only for the products not the shipping charge
• Store credit cannot be en-cashed or transferred. 
• In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
• However, you may choose to ship back the product to us but in such a case, Babli will not be responsible for any lost shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The return process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up / delivery delays.
• Once we receive the returned product back, it goes through a quality check and later the store credit will be issued within 2-3 working days.

Exchange Policy: 

• Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through - https://babli.ecoreturns.ai/apps/ecoreturnsai/ You will receive an approval mail from us within 2-3 working days if the request is accepted.
• Exchange is available for size exchange only. If at all your desired size is not available request you to place a return request.
• A pick up would be arranged for the same at no additional charges.
• Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
• No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In case of  exceptional cases please write to us at info@babli.in
• You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
• In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
• Products bought during sale are not eligible for exchange.
