There is a minimal return pick-up charge of Rs. 150/- Charges are only accepted via online mode, once the payment is and pick-up will be arranged once payment is received, for using our courier service which will pick up your item from your doorstep.We will pick up your order within 3 working days once your return request has been granted and service charges (Rs 150/-) have been paid. The exchange process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up delays. Please make sure the clothing is unworn, in its original packaging, and has all of the original tags before returning it. Our team will examine the reason for the exchange once we get the returned package, and depending on the applicable jurisdiction, we will process the exchange. If your size is not available for exchange or you do not wish to purchase anything at this time, a 6-month store credit will be issued. Store credit will be offered with a six-month expiration date if your size is not available for exchange or you don’t want to buy anything right away.

Discounted, sale, and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be aware that all products are manufactured from the best materials and handwoven fabrics. Many of the procedures are carried out by hand. The occasional irregularities that may appear are typical of the handcrafted process and are not regarded as product flaws.

At Babli, every design and product undergoes rigorous quality inspections. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know within two days of receiving your order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Babli must be notified of the damage and your intention to return the clothing within two days of receiving it.
If we cancel a prepaid order, a refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days of the order cancellation date. However, if a customer cancels an order, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit within 7 working days of the cancellation date.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. Money would be credited into your bAbli store credit for future purchases once we received the return and the quality check is done. The store credit amount would be valid for 6 months.
