Customized orders cannot be returned since they are designed with your measurements.
Apparel bought on sale will not be returned or exchanged.
To request a return/ exchange write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team would contact you within 2 working days to understand your grievances. Please co-operate with them and provide them with additional information or visual proof, if required.
Once your return request is approved, we will pick up the order within 3 working days.
The cost of shipping of return/exchange is to be borne by you. However, we will take care of the shipping when the corrected product is delivered to you.
Babli will not be responsible for any lost shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Ensure that apparel isn’t worn, washed, damaged, or used. We would politely decline the return/exchange if the above conditions are not met.
Once we receive the return, money would be credited into your bAbli wallet for future purchases. The validity of the credited amount would be 6 months.
